Two Mice And A Teasel

Two Mice And A Teasel

I often admire the structural form of the Teasel in my garden. On one winter's day, I happen to see two mice scurrying around at the base of the plant foraging for what was left in the season. They both came to a halt as they noticed one of the Teasel heads was close enough to the ground for them to reach.

Here the two field mice look longingly up at the Teasel as one stretches to reach its head prickly but rewarding!

The glass dome measures 21cm height and 15cm in diameter.
