A Curious Quack

A duckling's playful curiosity takes flight amidst the delicate fallen leaves, its tiny feet sending them dancing in the water. Several techniques and mediums were used in the creation of this piece. The background is fabric painted and the Duckling, water and leaves were achieved through quilting, applique, embroidery, and textile techniques.
