Ivy's Timeless Song

Amid the embrace of ivy's twisting arms, a robin perched on an old pot, its vibrant chest glowing against the garden. With each note of its song, it seemed to weave a melody of time passing, echoing the quiet persistence of nature reclaiming the forgotten pots.
 
Several techniques and mediums were used in the creation of this piece. The background is fabric painted and the Robin, pots and ivy were achieved through quilting, applique, embroidery, and textile techniques.
