Jolly Holly

A red-breasted robin perches gracefully on a variegated holly branch, its fiery plumage echoing the vibrant hues of the crimson berries. With an air of elegance, the robin's presence adds a touch of timeless beauty to the wintry scene.
 
A number of techniques and mediums were used in the creation of this piece. The background is fabric painted and the Robin, berries and leaves were achieved through quilting, applique, embroidery, and textile techniques.
